Did you miss the "Here's your problem!" results? We polled the audience at the Fall member's meeting to ask about typical help desk related problems, calling the session "What's your problem?" Linda Holmes gave a nice summary of those results at the Spring All Hands meeting. Her report also included results from the survey conducted to all Staff. The HDC would like to recognize and express our gratitude to Staff Assembly and AMG for helping us promote the survey.

The HDC Executive Board is pleased to announce that the 2012 Scholarship Awards will be available for the Help Desk Institute's full day course on Customer Service Representative Skills-Building and Certification Training to be held at UCLA on April 19, 2012.
